"I read the book in 4 hours, have a lovely 'Idea Book,' and have been sending people to your website like crazy. You ought to have a mass production of those books on hand! I even called what used to be the Brand Manager for Coke and insisted that no matter how much she thought she was a branding wizard that she get on your site and order pronto! Hello from the Holiday Inn On King. I had the opportunity to finish your book that you so kindly left with me and I enjoyed it thoroughly and totally agree with you. So many of our employees, especially managers, haven't grasped the concept that they are responsible for their own carriers and that they are marketing (or should be) themselves everyday. Here are a couple of books I have recently read and found very useful in managing the Holiday Inn On King: Marketing Outrageously by Jon Spoelstra (he definitely knows how to get noticed and remembered) and Rude Awakenings by Giovinella Gonthier (I thought I was fairly civil until I read this book - HA). We have had the entire Sales and Management Staff read both books. I guess we should do yours next, eh?"
